Payments, cancellation and refunds

Billing and renewal

Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Applicable taxes or fees are shown when required. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then unless the account is terminated for a violation.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees for a subscription period that has started are non-refundable. Incorrect or duplicate charges are reviewed promptly; contact [email protected].

Plan changes

The scope, price and renewal terms of a plan are shown before you confirm a payment. The effect of an upgrade or downgrade is shown when you request the change.
