Prices follow the source. Losses do not.

When a source price changes, the eBay price is recalculated from your price rule. A final check runs before any price reaches eBay, markdowns and offers included, and stops a price that would sell below cost. When the source runs out, the eBay quantity drops to zero.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your workspace pauses until you choose a plan, and price and stock sync stop with it. Your eBay listings stay on eBay, your data is kept, and everything resumes as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 7-day trial starts when you create your account and does not ask for payment details. You add a card only when you choose a plan.

How do I cancel?

Open the billing page and choose Manage subscription to cancel in Stripe's customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.

Which eBay sites are supported?

eBay US (ebay.com). Other eBay sites are not supported at the moment.

Do I need an eBay developer account?

No. You connect with your normal eBay seller account on eBay's own consent screen. DropNio provides the API connection.

Who pays for AliExpress orders?

Your store's own AliExpress account. You authorize it once, and AliExpress orders are paid with that account. DropNio never handles payment for the products you buy.

Does DropNio place orders automatically?

Only if you turn it on. Automatic ordering is off by default. When it is on, an order that would lose money waits for your approval, and one switch stops all automatic purchases.

Is my store's data kept separate?

Yes. Every store has its own database, separate from every other customer's, and each store you link gets its own as well.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion.

Can I run more than one eBay store?

Yes. Link each store to your sign-in and switch between them. Each eBay store needs its own subscription.
